Nambour’s re-emergence as a commercial centre is well underway. Industrial land is in short supply, and this residential property was purchased with a view to redeveloping in short order.
The end product will be a modern, two storey, light industrial and office space on a major traffic thoroughfare with 22,000 vehicles per day passing by.
A DA and OPW for the project were granted by Sunshine Coast Council and construction will commence in 2022.
